Thanks! I got the case number from the CSR. I called about every other day. Before she even told me I had a case number, she asked for out email addresses. I knew there was a case # then, I could barely give her the email addresses. LOL! I was told on the 13th that is was in the building, just not assigned a # yet to call back in 15 days. Called back in two day on the 15th, and POOF!, a # had been assigned!:dance:

I have to send the DS-230 next and I am praying for an late July or early August interview! If you pray, to anyone or thing, pray with me for the same! I'd take speedy NVC blessings from box right now!:star:

I just got case number and INN!!!! And gave only my husband's email address cause they had everything on my side!! Now I just have to wait to get the DS3032 and bills to pay! thanks!!! And good luck for you on the remainder of your journey!!!!

Filed Feb 10, three months to NOA 2 (May 10); NVC case number on May 20 - Received request for fees May 25 - Paid May 25 $88 and $404. Received several false emails regarding RFE, then a day later another email saying it had been received. Don't know if this is the result of working with an attorney or not. My attorney is horribly incompetent. I have been telling them what to file and when - wish there was a way to get my money back - if you don't have one don't get one!!!

July 12, received notice from NVC that all docs are now received and tried to log on payment site and got the standard message that the case was not there indicating that the NVC has completed review and is scheduling interview. Whoo hoo!! Now I will start calling daily until I get the interview date. It has been a little over 5 months from filing now. I expect another month to interview. Having now lived through the system and I do think my times have been on the shorter side, I am totally sympathetic to others trying to properly get into the country. We do need a better system, although I can say I have no answers to how to make it better.

Case closed July 12, and.....Calling daily - NVC says they are booking August Interviews, but I shouldn't expect one that early - plan on September. Guess we will have to cancel the Sept scuba trip we planned. So, I will keep calling until I hear something. They have been cordial and pleasant - really nothing they can do I guess - but it is nice they are not rude. Still, the waiting and postponing of everything in life for this process is very arduous at times. At least we are closer!!

We sent the VI packet and AOS packet 2 weeks ago.

I received a RFE today.. Our co-sponsor had forgotten to sign one paper :/ Can't help it. Just have to hope it doesn't delay our prosess too much..

Any idea how long will a RFE take?
