I just received a mail letter stating my transfer back to CSC on 2/10 although I have not received any e-mail in that regard only a touch on 2/11 and an approval e-mail on 2/15.

SayLin ... please update me in the spreadsheet

I hope this means my case will transfer to NVC faster than that old TSC!!

i also got the touch on 11, no e-mail about the transfer and approval on 15 just like you. But i have not received a hard copy or transfer notice, i am praying and hoping that i was transferred back to CSC, that way going to NVC would be faster than TSC.

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

Firstly congrats to each and every one of you who is finally moving forward in this process. Those still waiting, im hoping and praying for speedy approvals/case numbers for you all!

I just received the RFE in the mail today and they want me to submit evidence to establish the marriage is bona fide. I am furious!!!!! I sent 2 dozen pictures from several different cities with me and my wife. I send cell phone bills showing all the phone calls between us. I sent my marriage certificate. What else do they need??? I am not living with my wife helloooo!! How am I suppose to have the following?

*Documentation showing joint ownership or property

*A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence

*Birth certificate of children born

*Affidavit sworn to by 3rd parties

*Any other relevant documentation to establish that there is an ongoing marital relationship

I am not living with my wife! Helllooooooo How am I suppose to have a lease or property??? We don't have children yet! So I am now freaked out!!! I will get 2 affidavits from 2 people (relative or friends) does it matter who I get it from? What else can I include??? I thought the telephone statements and the pictures from several different trips would have been enough. I can't even prove that my marriage is bona fide! Please help people I don't know what to send.

CaliforniaGuy, im so sorry to hear about your RFE. I have a few suggestions for you.

Firstly, a SSN is NOT required by all banks to add your wife onto your account. I was added on to my hubbys with Wells Fargo, however I was in the US at the time. There are a couple of threads on here that discuss this. It seems that Wells Fargo will do it without the foreign spouse present, they just require two photo ID's. It also seems that consistency varies between branches, so if one says no, try another.

Secondly, adding her onto your bills may be the best way forward. I was added onto the lease, however again, I was in the country. It may still be worth asking though. With my hubbys utilities, they were very happy to add me after a simple phone call by him. They did not require speaking to me, or any ID of any sort. This was also the case with his life insurance which he added me to.

He also looked into adding me to his health insurance, which could also be done with a simple phone call by him, and no ID from me. We decided against it because of the obvious extra cost when I wouldnt be in the country to benefit should I need it, however at this point it may be worth it for you.

also i paid the aos online whats next do they send me the aos forms by email or do i get them from some where?

Got my hardcopy today also and same thing about shipped to NVC. I wonder how true that is.

If your AOS appears as PAID and you have the bar-coded coversheet, you can mail your AOS package.

got approved last feb 10 but until now no hard copy of NOA2.. i called NVC hoping they have my case already but im wrong they still dont have it.... :huh::huh:
