Hi. I don't leave with my hubby either, so I sent in the same documents you sent in. In addition, I had my friends who met, entertained, and went out with us to sign notarized affidavits that we have a bona fide marriage. So, if you at least send in two to three affidavits, you should be fine.

I've also added some pics of us with our friends in Paris (where I actually live). What else can we provided??? This is so tiring

Just realized I made a typo on that note. I meant to write that I don't live with my hubby. But, I sent them pictures of us together and with family while in the Bahamas and while he was here in the states. I sent them all of our phone records, and I sent them 2 affidavits. My petition was approved without ever receiving a RFE. So, that should be all that is needed. I just attached a copy of the template that I used for my affidavits. Feel free to use it. Good luck!

Once they approve all the petitions caught in this mess, the least they could do would be to apologize for all the inconvenience they caused to our lifes.

That would prove they're not insane.

mine was forwarded two days ago...still no NOA2 hard copy, which is a bit worrisome.

I know it's difficult bud.... but give it a few days.... I was approved on the 14th and just received the hardcopy yesterday (18th). I was on the TSC-bashing bandwagon myself... but, Angela has proven to be a "savior" to many of us. Keep your head up.... good things are coming!!!

I'm back guys. I see no approvals. I am sad :( I was hoping to be busy filling the spreadsheet with pink and purple colors.

You don't have to attach or send in the actual form. Just fill out the information in the body of the email and that's it.

It's your fault Saylin.... you came back too soon LOL

I sure did- Ms. Barrows and Mr. Badger. Both told me my app is at the CSC, even though I have yet to receive any notice to that effect.

Saleem,

Is your status still showing as "Post Decision Activity"???? If so, then that gives you an "open door" to request and EXPEDITE due to USCIS error. That's what I did. Please Saleem.... you need to email the ####### out of them until they do something. Look at the message I sent you and use it to your advantage... if you email them with the concern that your application is "on hold" because of their mistake.... then they have no choice but to rectify it..... that's what I did bro..... will you please try it? I hate it that your petition is not moving. :( Email ALL of the contacts that I sent you.
