Regarding RFE proof of baona fides. I wonder if this is because the I-130 specifically states all that evidence listed in the RFE? Maybe noob officer interoperates 1 of those as required because it sayz so on da formz instrucionts (insert lol cat image here) and anything else doesn't carry as much weight because it isn't specifically mentioned in the instructions? I sent nothing but 2 affidavits from family (only one was even at the wedding) and had no problems. Then again that just could be the officer I got or the country my wife's from... who noes?

I just received the RFE in the mail today and they want me to submit evidence to establish the marriage is bona fide. I am furious!!!!! I sent 2 dozen pictures from several different cities with me and my wife. I send cell phone bills showing all the phone calls between us. I sent my marriage certificate. What else do they need??? I am not living with my wife helloooo!! How am I suppose to have the following?

*Documentation showing joint ownership or property

*A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence

*Birth certificate of children born

*Affidavit sworn to by 3rd parties

*Any other relevant documentation to establish that there is an ongoing marital relationship

I am not living with my wife! Helllooooooo How am I suppose to have a lease or property??? We don't have children yet! So I am now freaked out!!! I will get 2 affidavits from 2 people (relative or friends) does it matter who I get it from? What else can I include??? I thought the telephone statements and the pictures from several different trips would have been enough. I can't even prove that my marriage is bona fide! Please help people I don't know what to send.

I'm not approved yet :crying: Had a 2nd RFE on my daughter's they turned hers from immediate relative into Alien Woker petition.A nightmare...

Can not add beneficiary to checking acct.,I tried,they are asking social security number and they don't have yet.

Don't know regulations for all banks, BUT my wife is joint owner on all my accounts, and has her own checking and savings account at U.S. bank. She has an ITIN, and had to submit a W8-BEN form to satisfy the Patriot Act. No problem!!

NATURALIZATION

02/25/2014 - Eligibility date.

03/03/2014 - N-400 package mailed.

03/11/2014 - Check cashed.

03/14/2014 - NOA received.

04/09/2014 - Biometrics.

04/28/2014 - In-Line for Interview - 6 hours later Interview Scheduled!!

05/02/2014 - Interview Letter received. (Mailed on 29 April)

05/26/2014 - 3 year anniversary.

06/02/2014 - Interview. PASSED!

09/11/2014 - Oath Ceremony.

09/16/2014 - Updated driver licence and registered to vote.

10/08/2014 - Updated Social Security

10/14/2014 - Applied for U.S. Passport

10/27/2014 - U.S. Passport arrived in mail (13 days - DID NOT expedite)

Me too Rommel. Although David Badger told me my case was shipped, I did not receive an email. I want that friggin email!

Hi. I don't leave with my hubby either, so I sent in the same documents you sent in. In addition, I had my friends who met, entertained, and went out with us to sign notarized affidavits that we have a bona fide marriage. So, if you at least send in two to three affidavits, you should be fine.
