I got to a point that I'm scared to ask for some help...I fear to get even more disappointed and hopeless.

Thanks for your advice anyway

Hello everyone,

So I had emailed Angela Barrows a week ago regarding my case and I had no reply at all untill today. I got a wonderful response I HAVE BEEN APPROVED today, however I have not received any text/email alert. Also my case status online shows INITIAL REVIEW still, has this happened to anyone here????

Here is the email she sent:

Good afternoon, Your petition was approved today. It will be shipped to the NVC by Monday. Regards,

Hi, Yes this happened to me too, I got a response from Ms. Barrows yesterday telling me that my petition has been approved and that it may make today to NVC if not monday

I am so glad and grateful that i finally got this wonderful news, but I am hoping to see the status change online and the email/text alert today so i can finally break the news to my beneficiary.

Ms. Barrows is truly an angel.
