looks like that July/August time frame was a little too busy at CSC if you look at the graph and hence it looks like they transferred the petitions to TSC hoping you will be processed faster but TSC just kept them doing nothing...may be they should have gone to vermont VSC.

based on this below graph it looks like some are being routed to the Vermont as well. that is good. can someone tell me who gets routed to Vermont?

http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=4&office=6&charttype=1

Or may be they should have stayed at California and should have worked on them rather then new petitions.

rofl.gifrofl.gif My bear doesn't look so ferocious though while holding a heart that says 'I love you'.

Yes, but I signed up for electronic processing. Otherwise you have to snail mail them.

Hi Saylin - Another question from me... I've now paid the $88 and the $404 bills, completed the DS-261 and waiting for my DS-260 to appear so I can complete that. I did the optin email already as well. How about the 864 form though? You completed it and emailed all the info for the AOS already... will I receive the 864 and be prompted to complete it, or do I just complete it without being asked and email the form and all AOS documentation at this point?

Grats on your progress! Once the IV bill appears as paid, the DS-260 will become available. While you're waiting, I highly suggest checking out some screenshots: http://www.docstoc.com/docs/49845403/DS-260-screen-shots. More information is asked then on the DS-230. It took me a few hours to gather the additional information.

For the I-864, I have yet to receive any I-864 documents from NVC. And it's been almost 2 weeks since our AOS bill appeared as PAID. My husband just filled out the form from USCIS's website. Don't wait for NVC to send you anything. Stay proactive. If the AOS bill has appeared as PAID, then send your AOS package by email if it's complete.

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask ;)

question to everyone here...Is it possible to fill out the NVC forms for my wife with her married name, even if it has not been legally changed in her country nor in the US AND all I-130 paperwork was filled out under her maiden name? Would that ensure that her greencard would be under my last name or would it do nothing because her passport still shows her maiden name? To change her name in Colombia, it is rather long and it would not be my last name...it would be "DE *mylastnamehere*" so not my last name because of the DE part..anyone have any ideas on this?
