Alright, Lidia :) And my hubby rarely comes to VJ either. laughing.gif

Have you got any update on your daughter's case yet?

I didn't even get an update on mine, yoou remember I had a 1st RFE on mine on Jan 27, we sent what they requested and still nothing. I'm losing hopes, this is so ridiculous. We're in the hands of people who have never touched ICR, K3 files.

Yesterday I called TSC, I hope they will release us soon, I really feel like if I was in prison, in prison at home. Prisoner of the USA and at home Paris :crying::crying::crying:

The numbers that they have listed don't really tell the whole story. By rough estimates I would guess they had about 6000 cases approved prior to February. That means that only 10,000 cases have been handled, since the beginning of Feb/announcement. Then you have to question if they are working overtime or extra hours, which would not be normal capacity for them. And then you have to take into account how many have been handled at CSC. Getting the remaining cases done in the next two weeks I feel is a stretch for them at best. I think it really comes down to how many were transferred to CSC, if they can do it or not.

hey people bringing up this question on how they will process 36000 applicants in one month etc etc have not done their home work. this is not one service center i think both CSC and TSC are splitting the work load. If you also check the below link and select CSC you will see that

CSC completed almost 55,000 applications in Sep, 2009 and recently

CSC Completed almost 30,000 applications in Oct, 2010 so don't be so surprised. this is nothing new to them as some people are complaining.

http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=4&office=2&charttype=1

see the second graph, the first one is national, the second one is CSC specific.

look at the second graph it shows that around Aug, 2010 the pending applications peaked to around 120,000 and dropped to 70,000 by Nov, 2010. don't know how it looks at current time. I wish this was a realtime reporting.

Hahaha, love it. Does Saylin's bear count?

rofl.gifrofl.gif My bear doesn't look so ferocious though while holding a heart that says 'I love you'.

Just reading your signature. You emailed your supporting docs for I-864 and IV package to NVC? Everything?

Yes, but I signed up for electronic processing. Otherwise you have to snail mail them.

Just checked the percent of people approved. We've passed 50%!

TSC is definitely working faster than before. In November, there were 4 approvals. In December, only 3. In January, 20 approvals. And in February, 47 so far, and we're only halfway through the month. Go TSC go!

I am also left!! :(

55,000 is an anomaly. They seem to average 20,000 a month. That is why I believe how quickly we get approved will depend on how many cases were transferred to CSC.

looks like that July/August time frame was a little too busy at CSC if you look at the graph and hence it looks like they transferred the petitions to TSC hoping you will be processed faster but TSC just kept them doing nothing...may be they should have gone to vermont VSC.

based on this below graph can someone tell me who gets routed to Vermont? and why the numbers are so LOW?
