I was approved on 9th Feb, but still waiting for hard copy, i really want to get rid from TSC But!! it's going to be 7 months and still hanging.

me as well...they are notoriously slow so i guess im not too worried

Dantes :)

sorry if i have so many questions....

Does it mean that when you send the DS-3032 you just used the VJ's link and directly copy it in the email (literally on the box where we write for our emails) and no need to use Microsoft word and attach the the DS-3032?

that is what it means. You do not attach the ds 3032, this email acts as the ds 3032 form.

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Keep the faith, everything works out for the very best

Using the email template as a "guide", I typed the email, (using my wife's email address), plugged in all required info, and sent it to nvcinquiry@state.gov. I sent it on 02/12, and received email acceptance from NVC on 02/16. It does work. I have not finished my AOS stuff yet. Online Invoice still says "in process", but $88.00 was debited from my checking account today. As soon as it is marked "paid" I will print the receipt / instructions. Looks like you are on track with the cover letter. I have a full week-end ahead getting my AOS ready for mailing.

If any of you are still hitting a brick wall with USCIS and your elected officials acting (or lack thereof) on your behalf, take advantage of Twitter and FaceBook. I got a call from my Congressman's office this morning which was triggered my by "Tweets" and Facebook post last evening. Be aggressive, just state the facts.

WOW - less than half, so far. lets see what they do by March 1st.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Yesterday I received a letter in response to a service request I made on Jan. 24. The letter let me know that they are working on my case, but had to perform additional review, and might have to wait up to six more months. Good grief!! :bonk:

This kind of makes sense though. Those are the numbers as of February 14, which was one week after they supposedly implemented this "rapid response plan". That gives them two weeks from that last update to their deadline of February 28, so if they keep working at the same rate, they theoretically should be able to meet that deadline. Let's just hope they do.

What makes me mad is that thinking about how our cases were just sitting there collecting dust for months and months when we can see now that they actually have the capacity to process almost 15,000 cases in one week (when they really want to). Even at a quarter of that rate, we all could have been done in like two months. We never should have been transferred!

Raj,

Please keep your "usual" posts in normal font. This is just a request, and I hope you dont mind. I seriously get eyestrain and headache reading it. I understand it whenever you get excited for approvals or anything.

Thank you very much for your understanding.
