My approval showed up on USCIS status page last Wednesday, Saturday I had the hard copy.

hmm...week later and nothing for me. I am happy that I am approved (well...I HOPE I AM) and now off to NVC, but no hardcopy still has me on the edge.

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Added some comments to my blog and starting to send out some more "tweets".

Although I have our NOA2, I am fricking livid with the email and letter I received from USCIS today. The incompetence is giving me doubts that I will have my son and wife back here anytime soon, I need to get my son to a US doctor before he gets sick once again.

Keep at it Wade. I have been telling some of my friends about this mess, and you know what, they will NOT believe me. They give me that vague look that tells me they think I am nuts. One of these days, I'll write a book about this. I swear, you could NOT make it up.

The most astounding thing for me, is that we are now corresponding with government officials who are quite openly admitting this is a prize fxxk up.

I wish someone would investigate what REALLY happened and what the "unforseen circumstances" really were.blush.gif

That's messed up. Made you wait and ONLY NOW give you that news. Here's hoping they messed up in giving you that news, and then send you an email saying you are approved. That's possible, cuz they've been doing that to Wade- giving different infos, that you don't know anymore what to believe in.

I hope you do get your NOA2 soon.

YES, be positive but we are not out of the woods yet. WE need to hold them accountable.

I have no confidence that they have FIXED any of these problems, proof from the email and letter I got today from USCIS TSC.

yeah, i received a letter today too. It was in regards to the Service Request I put in on 21JAN, to have my status corrected.

Please let me know when you receive the RFE in the mail. I got it on Valentine's Day as well just like you. What a gift lol. Since you live in Texas, whichever day you receive it in the mail I will most likely receive it the following day since I'm in California. I hate the waiting! Keep your hopes up and keep in touch.

Xelance were u approved on the 10th of feb... if so who did u email... and what was the content of the email... can u please guide me...

I received a letter from Feinstein's office last week telling me that Jessica Hartzell will be looking into the matter and that I should give her 6 to 8 weeks. From Rohrabacher..... nothing. I'm thinking the only time they might be useful is if there is a denial in the case than they might be of help. I'm just waiting to see what this RFE is. I sent an e-mail to Angela earlier in the day to try to find what the RFE is about but she hasn't responded yet.

I will let you know as soon as I receive it and please do the same.I will keep in touch with you.
