Another example of TSC not having a clue as to what the hell is going on! I just got this reply from an e-mail I sent on the 5th, keep in mind I was approved on the 7th and was shipped to NVC on the 10th.

More fodder for my blog.................

Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding your application. If your inquiry is case-specific, please call and speak to one of the officers or you can make a service request at the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 (TTY 1-800-767-1833). This toll-free call center has additional information and, during their specified office hours, can connect you to live assistance in English and Spanish.

In order to make a service request and speak to a Customer Service Representative, please follow the below instructions:

1) Call 1-800-375-5283

2) DO NOT ENTER A RECEIPT #

3) Select the prompt “1”

4) Then select the prompt “2”

5) Next select the prompt “3”

At that time you will be connected to a Customer Service Representative and advise them you would like to make a service request. This office only accepts an inquiry after an initial service request is made with the National Customer Service Center. If after 30 days and you made a service request and not received a response, you may contact us with a referral tracking number and/or an identification number of the person you spoke to regarding your case. This information will assist us in better serving you.

As a courtesy, we can inform you that the status of your case may be obtained online at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do.

Incompetence x2 today, this is ridiculous.

I just got home, had a letter from USCIS TSC, hmmmmmmm, what could that be?

WOW, I was approved for ANOTHER expedite!! Holy sh!t Batman!! Dated the same day I was approved for my wife's I-130!!

Tell you what, those people at USCIS are on the ball...............this is so freaking stupid that it's sorta funny. I am going to raise more hell once our petition gets to NVC, providing copies of BOTH expedite approvals I received, one in November and this one today. Maybe NVC will feel sorry for TSC's incompetence.

I cannot wait for the article to come out in the paper and online next week!!!

Hello, all. This is my first post in VJ.

We are July filer with priority date July 19. Our petition was transferred from CSC to TSC on Nov 3. The last touch was on Nov 24. After then, absolutely nothing happened. We tried many ways to get response on status and we just received generic message. We will get into 8th month within few days. Really really hope to get approval before teh end of this month (Feb).

First of all.... Congrats to anxious101 & xelance!

The night is young....lots of time for more approvals!

I received e-mailed notification that my case(s) have been transfered to CSC:

________________________

Records show that your case has been relocated to the California Service Center on February 15, 2011 for processing. We understand the inconvenience associated with the previous relocation, and now that the petition is back with the California Service Center we are directing all available and appropriate resources to adjudicate the workload as quickly as possible. You should receive a notice of action by February 28, 2011 or sooner.

You may monitor the progress of your case by accessing My Case Status online at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do. If you do not see any action on your case by March 1, 2011 you may contact USCIS at: I-130Inquiries.Tsc@dhs.gov.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, or Request for Evidence.

___________________________________________________________

The response was a result of the Service Request I placed recently, however they are only referencing 1 out of 3 petition/cases I've submitted. I'm hopeful to see similar updates on the remaining 2 petitions tomorrow. I wonder if it's normal for them to reference only one petition number when sending out this type of notification when there's multiple cases... hmmm? Man! I hope they didn't lose anything!!
