me too! I emailed yesterday and today..not sure if that did anything or it was just normal processing. Im just happy it is out before the 3 day weekend coming up.

I sent him one today, and all he said was that they sent out TODAY the approved petitions. That's it, and when I checked my case status, it's still the same. Waaaahhhh...I hope they're still updating, and I will check again later.

one thing I just realized...I sent the complaint form to USCIS Ombudsman office about three weeks ago and never heard back from them, not even a letter saying that they had received it. They are supposed to be the top dogs of USCIS correct? What a dirty shame, just truly unbelievable. Why is it that even our LEGAL immigration system is broken?

WOW. So basically there's no point in me contacting anyone at this point, since I'm supposedly at the CSC...
