This is my first posting .But wanted to mention about the recent update regarding the I130 applications

Those numbers reflect all I130 applications .this includes all family based applications .The applications other than immediate relatives tend to have more RFE 's

no idea...I sure hope so. I was told by email that my approved I-130 was sent today to NVC and I still have not got any email confirmation on it.

i think you are wrong. Immediate relative category is reserved for US Citizens only i think and applies only to below of US Citizens:

1. spouses,

2. minor children (under the age of twenty-one), and

3. parents of U.S. citizens (if the citizens are at least 21 years old).

I dont think a spouse of a LPR (Green Card holder) falls into the Immediate relative category for I130.
