10264 approvals and 4137 RFE/ intent to deny? You have to be kidding me, that is almost HALF the number of approvals. Something is really fishy here.

I believe they are just dishing out RFE's to take off the workload and buy them some time, because they know they can't meet the March 1st deadline...

I am convinced that many RFEs simply mean they lost your evidence and need another copy.

It's just as easy to approve as it is to issue an RFE. Hell it's easier. All they said is that you would get a response by the end of the month. The response could be an RFE. They just don't know what the hell they're doing.

I believe they are just dishing out RFE's to take off the workload and buy them some time, because they know they can't meet the March 1st deadline...

Not THAT many, I think most of our cases were sitting in boxes for 7 months until last week. Not much chance to lose evidence, unless they opened our cases and were shuffling them around.

I Believe those numbers aren't too far off from Saylin's spreadsheet. Our pool is a lot smaller but still accurate. Congratulations Saylin for being a bigger help than USCIS.

We are working on removing all of the trolling accounts and banning the IP addresses. In the meantime you are able to put certain accounts on ignore by going to the option in your pull down profile menu (upper right hand corner) and selecting 'Manage Ignored members'. Type in the member's name (you can use a copy and paste function to make sure you get the correct user name) then click both 'ignore personal messages' and 'ignore forum posts'. Whatever they write or send to you will not be received or seen by you, thus effectively 'ignoring' anything they write.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption these juveniles have made in this forum and this website and thank you for your patience as we deal with them. Please do not hesitate to keep reporting them if you see them re-materialize with new aliases.

You will see their posts disappearing as their accounts are flagged and I may also remove some of the posts where they are quoted to clean up this thread.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

As per the below news alert a total of 14864 applications out of 36000 got a response in the form of approval, denial, rfe or referred to DO for interview as of Feb 14th.

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=a02928eaf503e210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=e7801c2c9be44210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Now that leaves with 21136 applications that still did not get a response. Feb has only 8 more working days left. will all the remaining get a response by March 1st at this rate?
