Another example of TSC not having a clue as to what the hell is going on! I just got this reply from an e-mail I sent on the 5th, keep in mind I was approved on the 7th and was shipped to NVC on the 10th.

More fodder for my blog.................

one thing I just realized...I sent the complaint form to USCIS Ombudsman office about three weeks ago and never heard back from them, not even a letter saying that they had received it. They are supposed to be the top dogs of USCIS correct? What a dirty shame, just truly unbelievable. Why is it that even our LEGAL immigration system is broken?

The Ombudsman concept is a joke. They are seen as sort of a court jester by management.

Sent to NVC: February 11th

I spent two hours writing a thoughtful, complete letter to them detailing my situation and all of yours, $30 for shipping (international), and they couldn't spend 2 minutes to send me a template boilerplate letter that they received it and are looking into it? That is what really makes me mad....USCIS had no problem sending me a boilerplate of their own, telling me that they are doing further review on my case and it may take them 9-12 months (real uplifting letter by the way!). I need to stop thinking about it, whats done is done...but its hard to ignore the huge problem with our immigration system.

congratulations on your APPROVAL.

thanks. I am happy I am approved, believe me...just want to get to the next step and leave this mess behind.
