When you say that they are processing those August petitions you mean Texas is?

he just said processing September petitions...and no, he did not say texas or california.... as a matter of fact, I mentioned to the rep that I received a text that i was being transfer back to CSC and that now my status shows that it is being process at a USCIS office. so, I asked him, in what office is my file? and he said at a USCIS office, he never said either or.....

No we didn't, we're about to send the response. I got the new certificate, official documents are easy to get here in France, most of the admin services are electronic.
