Good morning everyone, I received a letter from my congressman yesterday along with a copy of an email received from TSC. The email is dated 2/7/11, and it saids that my "petition is pending and that i will be receive a decision/notice withing 2-3 weeks from the date of the email". I calculated that at the latest it should be approved by 2/28/11.

It was sign by TSC.

I hope is good news.....

I'm asking my self why they didnt made a desion about my I129 approved or denied

they approved only I130 and Mrs. Barrow told me that it will be shipped to nvc this week

I wonder if it will take them a few weeks

to send these approvals to NVC.. they seem

to be in no hurry to approve them so maybe

the same in delivering them too.

Only time will tell if they REALLY DO IT well by next week you will know soon enough

If you have NOA2 hard copy why not just send that and your petition to NVC? A desperate move, but it just might work.

If you send it by e mail ...MAYBE to NVCinquiry@gov MAYBE me TSC please
