Congratulation to everyone of you who got APPROVED!! You all deserved it!! Other's hang in there, we are still waiting on the other side of the line.

Well, we got the shock of out life today!! At around 6.30PM CST, thought of checking the Online Case Status page & to our horror we had gone back to "Initial Review" from "Post Decision Activity". For a moment, didn't know what to do!! Shot mails to everyone whom i knew from the USCIS/TSC etc etc & after an hour or so, we were back at "Post Decision Activity". Do these guys have fun plying with our lifes!! We are literally hostage in their hands!

No news on the NOA2 letter in mail, no NVC case#!!:blink::crying::bonk::huh:

I starting to think, (and it is totally against my normal thinking), that with this crowd, the only way of getting results is by becoming a pest so they will want rid of you. Wade got results didn't he. Besides, TSC actually INVITE emails and phone calls by promising things and not delivering. If we are promised to be shipped Friday, then we expect to be shipped Friday. It's totally natural to follow up. The broken promises only add to the psychological trauma. It's like they are playing one big game with us.

I agree. I emailed Cindy Dean, Angela Barrows, Denice Mitchell, Barbara Velarde, and the Ombudsman EVERY SINGLE DAY until I got a reply. Once they replied and actually showed interest, then I backed off. Less than a week later... APPROVED. Granted, the only reason I was emailing them was to correct the "Post Activity Decision" error because I didn't want them sitting on my application for an extra 180 days. Maybe it was just luck of the draw.... but... it does make you think.
