a few days(3-4) at most from what I have heard...but then it can take up to a week to get your case number because NVC has to open the package and enter the info into their system.

congrats, when were you approved for your I-130??

thanks, just got approved today, this is the only update I have received other than the transfer one back in Nov., message says its shipped but am pretty sure its not shipped yet

I am freakin' LATE to the party!!! Seems most went back to sleep now that I am just wakin' up.

CONGRATS to everyone who got approved today!!! YES!!

And Val and Gary, CONGRATS too! One step away from the TSC blackhole, one step forward to bringing our precious loved ones home!

Used to be signing in here depressed, and everyone else is ( well, we used to be have roller coaster of emotions) Now signing in hopeful, and ALWAYS finding JOY AND CELEBRATION in the thread.

Wish our time to move forward to NVC will come soon as well. God bless everyone.

Thank you so much!I feel much better today. Can somebody tell me,as a supporting evidence when you first mailed I-130 petition, what did you guys sent? I did not sent anything as a supporting evidence because the person did my I-130 told me I don't need it,that supporting evidence is later on for the Consulate interview.now I got RFE :bonk:

As proof we sent our Church Marriage certificate, Civil Marriage certificate & 5 photographs from our wedding. I think those were enough for the initial stage.

Unbelieveable! Are they blind? Don't they see the English there? Sometimes people are so careless that they don't see the other language there. I wonder what my RFE will be. I called USCIS and even a tier 2 doesn't have a clue on what my RFE was about. How long did it take your RFE to arrive in your mailbox? I am just tired of this whole process.

Congrats to all those who got approved. Sorry I'm not in a cheerful mood since yesterday. Hope everyone gets approved this week.

Gary once you get to NVC

ask your attorney about """ LIVAOS COMBINED UNIVERSAL "" it where

you pay both I-864 & the DS-230 the same time and get receipts

back the same time and expedite DIRECTLY pass go thru NVC.

My attorney knows all the in's and out's i was done in 9 days

at NVC. You include Case number and Invoice ID number the same time

and you pay both fee's together cutting the time in half.

Your attorney can do it for you, mine did it for me.

Many people KNOCK attorney's but mine knows his stuff alright

No RFE, NO problems, no bs gets the job done now!:dance::yes:

Jan 24th approved February 23rd interview date Kyiv.

Its and attorney thing to know these short cuts.

:wow::lol::huh::huh::huh:

Right ON !

Nataliya & Ron

Ron,

You said expedite DIRECTLY thru NVC Did you still have to send all the other documents to NVC (birth certificate, police records, etc)?
