Senators & Congressman only have so much say in thse matter

the Case workers can only call in behalf for you. They dont

have enough pull to really do much but call.

Wait for an answer and that about all.

The key to your fight is to get nasty and down right heavy on them

I never told anybody this but I talked to Denice Mitchell told her,

I was writting to her Congressman and Senators in Dallas, I think her

name was K Hutchinsen to ask if they could do and investigation on TSC

and said i would also ask the Dallas Morning News send report the Texas

Well needless to say, some times you have to use nasty tactics to get

the job done. Not saying any of you have to but you all seem to be waiting

and not making any waves. Sure people say ANYTHING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE

BUT THAT DONT MEAN THEY ARE GOING TO DO AS THEY SAID TO YOU. THINK ABOUT

IT REALLY.

Anyway as i said to each his own.

Good Luck to those and wishing the best to you

I decided to write Patty Murray Senator of Washington... I have no problem's yet/..... keeping fingers crossed..I just wish to be prepared...

I am a bit confused as to why you are writing your senator...your NOA1 is December. You are well within processing time, and I understand the need to be prepared, but you are overdoing it. There is nothing they can do for you, so theres no point to writing.

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Keep the faith, everything works out for the very best

Hey

Just getting ready for when they do & has to 3 months from now or more.

I guess we all need to get into the mode of doing it now

Senetor wont even talk to anybody outside of 5 months,

you have 3 months to go before Senator will even talk or inquire. Give it t try

but you would be the first if they did 3 month plus to early

You wont even be touched for another 60 days at least at the soonest

Good Luck :innocent:

Texas is letting things slide again. Whatever happened to the promises of all petitions being dealt with by February 18th?

I notice NO emails or responses today. I wonder if new guidelines have been laid down.

Not optimistic right now.

I hope that all of the approved files are soon sent to NVC, especially yours. I do not know what to do if it isnt sent, since no one seems to be replying these days.

I agree with everyone's comments on this board. But come on guys and gals - if we keep bombarding TSC/CSC with all those emails they'll never get their work done. Cut them some slack and give them the benefit of a doubt. I am almost in my 6th month waiting and it is not fun at all. It is hell! My last touch was on 11/30/2010 when they messed up our case with this strange Post Decision Activity thing. But I am not calling, sending emails to them. Let them work now! They've already admitted to their internal problem and, furthermore, gave all of us a firm date of March 1, 2011 that all I-130s are supposed to be resolved. To me that's something! They gave a firm date commitment, not a 6 or 9 to 12 months wording. Again, let's just be patient. I am not but have to be! Stay and remain strong.

Val Did Gary e mial verybody a number of time to day and call.

You really have to bug them or they wont stay on top of your case.

You have to be like a nasty fly and bug them, it not disrespectful

it's there job to get it finished and if your not bugging them they

will being off putting everybody else off and have no time for you.

Like i said YOU have to take the first step to stay on it,

WHY ? ? ?

It will just get set aside because they will work on other instead,

who are complainning and leave your alone.

Let's Hope and Pray Denice does send it out, as im sure she is the person

responsible for it not getting sent out. So much for your Expedite also

hey ! I think expedites stop at TSC a long time ago from what i'm

seeing how there doing yours.

Tell Gary I never got and answer to about mine Expedite...or hard copy either

they just did it do get me GONE...

Wishing a speedy exit again from TSC :innocent:

I understand you on being patient, but I was just approved after waiting 7 months and a week from my NOA1, and I (as well as others that were approved) were told that this ship was righted and that we would be on our way to NVC by last Friday. It is just one letdown after another, and frankly, I am really tired of it. If they dont want us emailing, they should get their act together and send us to NVC sooner rather than later.

good sentiments, but they will perhaps evolve into something different when you are in your 8th month with no approval or activity. Thanks for the post.

FOR TSC thats going to never be in GOLD by March 1st all are approved. THAT THEIR PROJECTED

GOAL... Not possible unless they get more help & work 24/7. They would have to do more than

2300 approvals per day for the next 12 days IT WOULD TAKE A MIRACLE TO HAPPEN.

And they are giving out RFE and cant even sent out current APPROVALS to NVC.

Somebody dreaming big time and if you all beleive that Wooowwwww..:whistle:

I starting to think, (and it is totally against my normal thinking), that with this crowd, the only way of getting results is by becoming a pest so they will want rid of you. Wade got results didn't he. Besides, TSC actually INVITE emails and phone calls by promising things and not delivering. If we are promised to be shipped Friday, then we expect to be shipped Friday. It's totally natural to follow up. The broken promises only add to the psychological trauma. It's like they are playing one big game with us.
