Hey Yeah its similar.

But the regular way is you pay one and get back the reciept and they

send you the next one to pay. But no where in that process does any body

say about LIVAOS COMBINED UNIVERSAL done at once together in 2 or 3 days

Yes in 2 weeks maybe or longer. I was in and out in 9 days, got NVC case #

and id number and submitted paid in 2 days sent doc's finished and sent

to Kyiv. Didnt take 2 weeks or longer including weekends it was 9 days total

Thanks for those who go that route. :)

I went the fastest route

Hope YOU ALL GO THE SAME WAY THE FASTEST

In case this is useful to anyone (someone may have already pointed this out but with so many updates...), check the actual NVC steps here:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_4354.html

In particular note the registration by email link so you can avoid having to wait for documents from NVC by snail-mail. There is also a link discussing the combined fee payment mentioned earlier here. Some of you may even be lucky enough to go with entirely electronic processing via email to go even faster...

Of course for those of us still stuck in TSC limbo it's not much help for the moment :-) ...

I called the NVC today and was told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks for me to get any kind of initial response from them. Anyone have any NVC experience they can share at this point? Amazing how this entire process might take more than a year to complete!

I-130 NOA1: July 2nd, 2010

I-130 NOA2: February 10th

Sent to NVC: February 11th

Read a few recent posts in this thread. See Ron's post in the main forum on NVC processing on how to check for your NVC case number. See the guide I posted about how to speed up processing at NVC.

If you been approved first and TSC for SURE SENT YOUR CASE TO NVC.

If you received e mail or have some PROOF it was sent from TSC than YES

Than dont call ! ! I mentioned to you ALL :bonk::bonk::bonk::bonk:

and you all keep calling anyway. That why I said dont call they will tell

you to call back in 6 to 8 weeks or 90 days. Please Wooow

USE THE AUTOMATED ROBOT

at the 603 number and call late at night after 1:AM EAST COAST TIME

try inputting your info i have listed it some many places.

Follow the instruction and if your in the system your will get your

NVC case number it s 3 letter 10 numeric number something like mine is

KEV2011XXXXXX . just keep trying it until you get it.

call if you want to spend hours trying when they are busy

or if you do talk they tell you wait 6 to 8 weeks or 90 days that's fine if you

It your time ! ! !

Try and try if after 5 days NOTHING than TSC D I D N T SEND THE FILE YET

BUG THEM : : : : :bonk::bonk: AT TSC UNTIL THEY DO SEND IT :thumbs:

Be persitent until you get it from NVC !

GOOD LUCK  And keep trying NVC ROBOT

Also if you do get a e mail like this

On Janaury 27, 2011 we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly. For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

This means it suppose to be at TSC in 3 days. :bonk::bonk::whistle::whistle:

If NOT CALL & BUG TSC UNTIL THEY GET IT THERE SO YOU CAN GET YOUR NVC CASE NUMBER

NVC CANT DO NOTHING UNTIL TSC :bonk::bonk: GET IT TO NVC :innocent::innocent:
