We finally got our approval notice on Valentine's day itself. What a true blessing. I attribute this fully to my Savior. Thank you all , for helping me by giving invaluable advice and insight about this process. I know this is just ONE phase that's been completed, but wow what a journey it has been thus far. We are a unique bunch of people, that not a lot of people can understand, but we are hanging on and doing this for the love of our lives. May the rest of you get your approvals ASAP and let's alll just get this show on the road. We won't be fully satisfied until our spouse walks out of their respective embassies and gives us a call, that they are 100% approved!!!

Hello my VJ family:

With God grace I was able to find these contact information (below). Just like Val & Gary, I was approved on January 27th, but my petition was not forwarded to NVC. When I called a SISO, these were the exact words he used “Oops, your petition is approved, but still sitting on the shelf in our records room. It’s good you called now. I will tell the records department to forward your petition to NVC.” I was speechless didn’t know what to say to him. Anyway he kept his word. I received an e-mail last night stating my petition is forwarded to NVC.

Feel free to contact these people, but be nice and courteous to them. If you all remember, I was the one who talked about God’s power few weeks back. After fasting and praying, God showed me many people to contact. So keep praying.

Everyday, whilst our piece of paper is sat in a basket, my step-son is getting sicker, my Mom in Law is getting weaker and more ill, and my wife, having had to quit her job to look after them, is losing weight, and getting sicker and more stressed by the day. Every day, this is costing us money, ageing us by the bucket load. I'll be so annoyed if we are just sat on a desk. We were expedited on 26th November for goodness sake. Does no one care? These are NOT pieces of paper, these are peoples LIVES.

Gary once you get to NVC

ask your attorney about """ LIVAOS COMBINED UNIVERSAL "" it where

you pay both I-864 & the DS-230 the same time and get receipts

back the same time and expedite DIRECTLY pass go thru NVC.

My attorney knows all the in's and out's i was done in 9 days

at NVC. You include Case number and Invoice ID number the same time

and you pay both fee's together cutting the time in half.

Your attorney can do it for you, mine did it for me.

Many people KNOCK attorney's but mine knows his stuff alright

No RFE, NO problems, no bs gets the job done now!:dance::yes:

Jan 24th approved February 23rd interview date Kyiv.
