Congrats on the Valetnine Day approvals

Sure to be to more this week its nearing the end of the month

For all not approved yet.

As I always said when GOD is ready he will approve you

Angela, Denice, and all the other plus how ever many

other people NOT FROM VISA Journey they are helping also.

If there are as you all say 36,000 and only 2 % ARE PROCESSED

THAN THEY ARE WORKING AND THE OTHER 98% also.

Some have waited longer than others. As I said lost files

or misplaced files, combined files etc.

When I was doing my VA pension in Detroit behind the Federal BUILDING they found 25 cases shreaded and missing the FBI step in and had a big investigation. Many lost there job and many went to jail.

Not to make a longer story, Keep your faith in God not who doing what where and if some body promised than wait and week or two before answering.

Last in my opinion. The more you irriate them the more they are going to back off. 36,000 people is just scary being in that place with all these files.

Lost, misplaced files happen all the time.

Lets hope for all thing wash out in time.

Val & Gary like I said to you. Denice handled your case the day after mine the 24th. Somethings surely up with your file for sure by now.

I go back to her she the one who had your file and case to start with.

Angela may have been working on it.

But Denice is the one i would put the finger on her.

I got many e mails from her and talked on the phone, as for Angela I never

spoke to her so, I dont know but leave the trust God "ALL GOOD THING COME IN TIME "

GOD just not made it your time yet.

For all you still waiting days and time will pass and than when you least expect

it will arrive the approval.

Good Luck to all you and Happy Valentine day to all those again Approved and now

going onto NVC. The rest of yeah. Meditation much now is in order

:innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent:

Happy Valentines Day to Everybody again and congrats on arrpovals more to come in

the weeks and hope not months ahead.

Val & Gary

If I was you I would have your attorney submit a set of

new files to TSC and address them directly to Angela at the Mesquite Address.

This way in case the file is lost or missing, your not wasting time. It only a suggestion its been 21 days to long.

But you can do what you want, also I would e mail her or phone Denice

and let them know your sending another set of paperwork because you think

they lost your file its taking so long.

That to may also get there attention also, of course you dont have to take

my suggestion either and do your own thing.

The last thing you can do it just wait and wait until they notify you

when ever they do.

Good LUCK

How long does it take to ship the approved to NVC and assign case number? What is the normal average?

If it ships on Monday it there by Thursday once it arrives you can use

the automated system the fastest and try inputting your approval number.

If you try calling you have to deal with not getting a busy signal all

the time, or not getting somebody that says call back in 90 days, or some

body that asked once long has it been since you were approved, and them

telling you call back in 15 business day before you can inquire after than. So

many possibilties. The automated system, call like at 3 AM East coast time.

There no waiting no hassles not body to deal with. You just keep trying until

the system see your number and accepts it and issues your number.

it will be a 3 letter & 10 digit number they issue you, mine was KEV2011XXXXXX

It can be as soon a 2 days later ready to get your case NVC number.

It depends also from TSC. "" IF "" they really sent it to NVC or it still

sitting at TSC for shippment to be processed or on somebodies desk.

Mine was 2 day from arrival to NVC case number.

Average is about 3 to 5 days but average is also how fast NVC processes

it also into their system also.

Good Luck

Val & Gary, i don't know why Ron is saying you should resubmit some documents, coz they might be lost. I doubt. Just TSC is very slow and we all know this!

Well I'm not saying they are LOST but because it happens all the time, & so for 3 weeks now 21 days they

havent seen nor know what they are?? And so I just suggested on the safe side it dont hurt to be ready.

If they find them great, if not at least your not another 2 or 3 weeks longer behind. Of course Val its your choice with Gary. 3 weeks slow I DOUBT that when they did mine the same day the NOA-2 went out. Why they lost his and not MINE also. ? But you can talk to your attorney and discuss it yes make your own choice

since either Denice or Angela has not returned you e mails and they have so many others already !

If Angela is that on top of things ...WHAT HAPPENED THAN ? ? ?

Make since or some thing else is wrong, And dont take me wrong but you have to think its not just they are slow...They had Val & Gary and mine together the same days, why mine was sent and not there ? ?

TO NVC and they had a expdite before me and mine sent thru NVC in 9 days.

I hope you guys both are back on track soon, sorry after all Denice was the one i would place the finger where your file is at ? ?

Good Luck and IM not saying they have to do anything i say. But waiting dont get you anywhere

if they are lost and if they are TSC isnt going to have group meeting to find it. They have to

much other people and I-130 to do to worry where its at.

Denice is the ANSWER, Val she is the one you talked and dealth with her she has to be the one knowing

whats going on?

Well, who really knows why yours was sent first than theirs? unsure.gif It is just speculations. Our case was shipped to NVC Feb 8th together with many other cases, and those people got their case numbers Feb 11th, while we are still waiting. People who were approved much later than us got their NVC case numbers, so no one knows for sure in what order they process all those petitions... It has been a total mess since all of us were transferred to TSC "to speed up the process" mad.gif
