is there any sort of order in USCIS? People get approved and are sent over to NVC within a few days, while people like ValandGary have been waiting over two weeks? I just dont get it.

Are they sure it has not been sent already? Everyone in this situation should call the NVC to find out.star_smile.gif

With a medical expedite from 26th November.....but hey, I don't begrudge anyone their passage up to NVC, We all deserve to get out of TSC, and eventually we will. It's not us folks that pick the order, in fact, I don't think there is an order. My heart went out to the likes of DanTEs, and eguzi, in fact, I don't think eguzi is up at NVC even yet.

I guess we'll never know what happened at TSC, and why all of a sudden they seem to be able to do this so quickly, even with errors.

I've given up emailing now - like celldoc says, we can overdo it to the point we may be put to the bottom of the pile. I worry that others have been replied to, but we haven't. It kind of tells me there may be a problem.

I know you're still waiting also Xelance...we'll get there eventually - I think Jenny & aviator Bill from the same batch are also having problems...

We'll keep the faith....good.gif

yeah, I know what you say...I havent emailed Angela about this yet, and probably wont until later this week..I hope it doesnt come down to that of course. She has been bombarded with emails so I completely understand what celldoc said.

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

I am at my lowest today during this whole journey. After e-mailing Angela and getting touch last Friday, i promised my wife that we should get an approval on Valentine's day. Angela also promised to get back to me on Friday and that didn't happen and apparently the touch on Friday also didn't do any good. I think i have hit my breaking point today.

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

Marriage : 2010-06-27

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-07-14

Transferred to Blackhole : 2010-11-02

NOA2 : Feb 15, 2011

NVC:

2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

2/25/11 - Send DS-3032 E-mail

2/28/11 - I-864 (AOS) bill invoiced and paid

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/07/11 - IV payment status "PAID"

3/08/11 - AOS and IV packet sent

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet

3/28/11 - DS-230 in the system and SIF

3/29/11 - Case Completed at NVC

4/13/11 - Interview date assigned

5/17/11 - Interview- Approved

5/18/11 - Passport & Visa Picked up from VFS Delhi

5/31/11 - POE (JFK)

I never would promise my wife anything to do with USCIS, but thats just me. Sorry to hear that, you will be approved soon.

It WILL come good eventually. We all hit a low point at some stage - I'm not doing so good now, but we'll pick ourselves up and dust ourselves down. Don't rule out an approval tonight yet.... some have been as late as 12.30am EST.

06/06/2011: AOS and IV received at NVC

09/14/2011: Visa granted

09/18/2011: POE Houston!!!
