Hello Everyone, First time writing, but long time reading…….

Just like most of us here, I filed back in August….I have a priority date of 8/17. I was transferred to TSC on November 2nd, and I had no touches till Friday, February 11th, transferred back to California…….

I placed a Service Request back in January, but no help. I received a reply, that my application was under Review….. I also contacted my senator, and congressman, both replied that they are contacting USCIS, but as of today no answer…

At least it gives me hope that with the touch/transfer back to California, I know they are looking at my file……is not lost somewhere!

Hss the message stated the transfer to CSC on Feb 11th or only a touch with same old massage to a USIS office?

Man, you guys are tying up the NVC phone #, I keep getting the busy signal!!

Wade

Try the automated system at night. easy access and nobody online than CA time.

Your Notice should be in the NVC computer by now if i followed your approval date right

DOnt call they could also tell you to wait 90 days until you can call back.

Just a suggestion do it online its easier. here is the way

603 334-0700 non-working hours press 1 1 1 4 1 your 10 digits of USCIS number

# 1 working hours then the same but with additional first digit "2":

2 1 1 1 4 1 your 10 digits of USCIS number # 1

GOOD LUCK
