just got an email from CSC

Thank you for your inquiry. Records show that your case has been relocated to the California Service Center on February 11, 2011 for processing. We understand that inconvenience associated with the previous relocations, and now that the petition is back with the California Service Center we are directing all available and appropriate resources to adjudicate the workload as quickly as possible. You should receive a notice of action by February 28, 2011 or sooner.

You may monitor the progress of your case by accessing My Case Status online at: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do. If you don not see any action on your case by March 1, 2011 you may contact USCIS at: I-130Inquiries.Tsc@dhs.gov. A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, or Request for Evidence. Thank you very much.

I tried to log onto my account at USCIS but it doesn't work anymore. Just as if I don't know the password anymore. Is that happening to ones that have been supposedly approved?

Maybe your password has expired? That happens every 90 days (I've always gotten a warning in advance though), and you have to reset it. That could be the problem.

A question for those who have received the email that says "We have shipped your petition to NVC" Did you receive a hardcopy NOA2 yet? And if yes did it say "Your petition has been approved and shipped to NVC" Because I think those late Dec/Jan hardcopy NOA2s said "your approval will be shipped to NVC within 90 days." My hardcopy NOA2 has no time limit on it. Strictly says approved and shipped. It was approved at TSC.

Saylin, as a normally processed CSC petition, what did yours say?

For those that got an NVC number what did yours say?

For those who have received an email saying it's been shipped what did yours say?

A lot of questions but I'm aching for a NVC case number.

You should be able to log onto your account, even after you've been approved. I just tried and I still can.

Hello Everyone, First time writing, but long time reading…….

Just like most of us here, I filed back in August….I have a priority date of 8/17. I was transferred to TSC on November 2nd, and I had no touches till Friday, February 11th, transferred back to California…….

I placed a Service Request back in January, but no help. I received a reply, that my application was under Review….. I also contacted my senator, and congressman, both replied that they are contacting USCIS, but as of today no answer…

At least it gives me hope that with the touch/transfer back to California, I know they are looking at my file……is not lost somewhere!

Mmm - nothing coming out of TSC at the moment - just sent another mail off asking why we haven't had the "shipped to NVC" email. Just a little concerned that after fighting so hard to get our case approved on the 25th Jan, with a 2 month expedite on it, we may still be stuck in TSC....

We were promised shipment last Thursday....nothing so far...ughh

DESPERATE for a case number so we can send our expedite letter off to NVC. When will it end?wacko.gif
