Lets hope they dont send any more back to CSC. TSC has enough to worry about the lost files,

missing documents, mixed case files. NVC contacted my attorney an asked why i have some body

elses file mixed with my case. Like i said TSC back to CSC who knows where your file is or if it still sitting at TSC. Give them a few weeks for them to get their own mess straightened out and they find them self. I got a e mail said my case was just now in initial stages of my case being processed.

while my acutal file is on the way the Kyiv AFTER COMPLETION LAST WEEK. So just because they say its here might mean its there some place else lost, mis placed, or missing documents while they look for them.

TSC woow you sure making your self look not to good when it come to REVIEW TIME FOR PAY INCREASES.

:bonk::rofl::help:TSC held me to long, :bonk::rofl: Yeah Right :bonk::o

So, so far it seems like only filers getting approved at TSC are getting this email, right? Probably because they were messing up so badly before with shipping the approved cases to NVC before, now they're making sure to communicate to people when their cases have actually been forwarded. But we probably won't get this if we were approved at CSC, right? We should just start checking for our NVC case numbers in a few days?

My file hasn't been touched and I haven't received any notifications, but when I do a search for my receipt number in the database it says, "The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office," while before it only said they'd received it, so I think it's good news. Maybe it means it's one of the ones that's been sent back to CSC.
