It's the beginning of a new era! Let's see how long it takes us to get this one to 400 pages. Waiting for the storms of approvals!

Let's just hope that new era will be for a short time for all of us that have not been approved yet

I admit, I have been reading your posts in the previous thread. You guys are one of the reasons why it's so amazing to keep reading in this forum. Despite delays there's still a ray of sunshine to be found throughout those 480 pages. I have nothing to contribute with other than keep prayin' for you guys.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

OMG i was freaking out! I was like where is it??? I was gone for like 20 minutes I come back and thread is closed :o ... feel good now that i found it.... :yes:

USCIS: I-130

Priority Date- July 1st

I-130 Hardcopy- July 15th

Transfered from CSC to TSC- November 2nd

I-130 sent to "USCIS Office"- November 24th

Touched- November 26, 28 and 29

Touched Feb. 9th

I-130 transfered back to CSC from TSC- Feb. 10th

Transfered to "USCIS" office again- Feb. 10th

Touched- Feb. 11th

APPROVED FINALLY!- FEB. 15th!

Touched- Feb. 26 and 28th

NVC: NVC

Case Number- March 2nd(automated Voice system)

NVC Invoice Number- March 3rd

All NVC fees paid- March 4th

All NVC fee transactions complete- March 7th (pretty much nxt day, except it was a weekend so we had to wait for them to go threw on Monday)

Submitted all documents- March 8th

All documents recieved and processed- March 11th

Case at NVC COMPLETE- March 17th

HI everyone, its amazing that now we are on here. I haven't been on for a couple days...any good news for anyone? I applied July 29th and still waiting. Anyone in the same boat?

02/28/2011: Received NOA2 hard copies of approval for I130 and I129F

NVC

03/02/2011: NVC Case Number Assigned, received IIN #

06/06/2011: AOS and IV received at NVC

06/21/2011: NVC Case Complete

08/24/2011: Embassy Interview

09/14/2011: Visa granted

09/18/2011: POE Houston!!!

Total time from beginning to end: 406 days (1 year, 1 month, 10 days)

I've emailed her 3 times and no response...all throughout the week...wonder y,,,is her email Angela.barrows@dhs.gov??

I've sent out 3 emails and never gotten a response.

11/24/10- transferred to "local USCIS office"

02/15/11- NOA2 date

NVC

03/01/11- NVC case # assigned

03/05/11- IIN assigned and AOS/IV bills generated and paid

03/10/11- I-864/DS-230 packages received by NVC

03/24/11- case complete, forwarded to Albania

xx/xx/11- interview in Tirana (denied visa), waiver submitted

I-601 Hardship Waiver

xx/xx/11- waiver sent to Vienna for processing

xx/xx/11- visa issued (please please please)
