Hi Erick , Congratulation for your big step, can you tell me how long you have to wait to know if the expedite was approved or not?

Lara,

The first request that I sent was on 25FEB. After two weeks I hadn't heard anything so I sent another. Of course NOT hearing anything is more annoying that hearing "no"... so, on the 15th of March, I decided I was going to send the same email EVERY day until they replied. So... honestly, I have no idea which email they approved.

Congrats to all for CASE COMPLETE - Erick and Xelance, and hope things go well for you Lidia and Tina.

We have come a LONG way haven't we....good.gif

Thank you Val and Gary. yes, we have come sooo far... but still seems like there is no end in sight.

Congrats Erick ! !

Thanks Wade, I'm hoping to hear something about your case soon!!!

Congrats to all those approved, with NVC numbers, and SIF. I just got a SIF today!

Thank you... and... congrats to you too rpratt.

Spoke to Congressman's aide today, nothing yet.....................

A photojournalist spent 2 hours at my home tonight working on the story and taking a lot of pictures. She said that it will be published SOON, hopefully by this weekend. A link to the online article and scanned copy of the print article will be provided.

Also added a new comment to my blog, see signature.

Good Luck All!!

Thanks Erick...............I have aged 20 years in just 1 year.

I can only imagine bro. Keep up the good fight... it WILL be worth it in the end. Also... let me know if there is anything I can do. It really sucks for you... you've paved the way for a lot of us on here and still... you're getting the bad end of the deal. I'm praying for you bud.
