I recommend that you apply for an expedite at NVC for USCIS error! They promised to have you approved by March 1 and failed.

Yes, I second that. Call and ask for an expedite. Even if they don't give they will make a service request which will force them to look at your file.

Did you get an e-mail that your daughter's file was shipped to NVC? The only thing that I had so far was a touch the day after my approval. I believe I got the approval the day after your daughter's approval.

I received my hard copy NOA2 yesterday and it says on the copy that they have sent my petition to NVC.you should have yours today.

It didn't come in the mail today. I'm sure it will come tomorrow. Sometimes it takes 2 extra days rather than 1. They probably put it in the mail Saturday or late Friday and you received it on Monday. Its normal for me to receive it on Wednesday since I'm in California. Thanks for the update! Hope we get our NVC #s soon. Although its early I will start calling tomorrow.

Hmm, not too sure about a child's case. Umm, perhaps you can send the email, put in your daughter's info, and then select to have your husband as the agent. I'm actually not too sure how the process goes for a child's case. Maybe calling an operator up and asking would be the best bet.

Yep, anyways we are planning to call them as soon as we have her case#, because we are planning to ask to expedite the case to France. I expect them to accept due to the TSC mess. I think it's worth giving it a try :blush:
