Lara, I also paid 3/07, but still unable to send the IV packet, as I am still waiting for some docs from Manila..In fact Im sending the AOS packet with the IV together.

Good luck on your journey..Are you still attaching the divorce decree? I still haven't had the Affidavit from the Dad, but from my research they only need that when the kids are on their way here, and i will travel with them.

HI EZZIE: you paid with money order or you paid online? well i suggest you to get an affidavit from a court , you can get that with the custody or the affidavit sign for the father.....this one do not have the info of the flight or nothing ,(NVC request that for all minor child no matter if you have the custody from a divorce or not) that only said the dad or the court give permission to the mother to take the baby out of the country , i have the one you have to use for both situation , i can send it to you , the only thing is , both are in Spanish , i don't know if you know Spanish or not. and yes , i didn't sent the divorce to uscis, so im gonna send it now , i know they dont have it so i dont want a RFE for that and waste time.

Can you update me on the NVC list

I paid my AOS 88.00 today

choice of agent today-- all online today

The only thing I care about on the NVC spreadsheet is when you send the AOS and IV packages and then case complete. Not concerned about when you pay bills or send the CoA :P

last night I sent E-mail to my congresman and David Badger,I don't think it will do any good but I tried.I don't know what else to do..sick of it.I had 1 nerve and it is gone..my husband does not want me to talk about this because it makes me sick..I sent pictures,bank acct,credit cards.phone bills and I don't know what else they want :crying: I served US Armed Forces(europe)as a civilian,pay my taxes,have a honest job,never had any troubles with laws not even a traffic ticket.USCIS,what do you want from me...
