Thanks! I'll get the interview either at the end of April if I'm lucky or else May for sure.

Wow, 2-3 weeks for a money order? Can I ask why you decided to send a money order for the AOS, but paid online for the IV?

yes of course, i decided to send a money order , because i first paid the AOS online, but i identified myself as the petitioner , and at the moment to put in the information of the account i put my information and my account , that reject the payment because im not the petitioner and block the option for the AOS online payment. so i had to send a money order.no other choice. that sad.

but i still can not believe they last 2 or 3 week for that men.

Don't worry Lara. The AVR, and operators, and emails all say 2-3 weeks to be on the safe side. From what I've seen NVC is pretty good at opening and inputting mail. And I'm sure checks/money orders are first priority. Governments love $$ from their constituents.

Saylin, if only half of the USCIS people will be as diligent as you are with updating, and more so in replying to queries ( hey, OFFICER SAYLIN  ), the whole processing time will be cut in less time!

Good luck on your journey..Are you still attaching the divorce decree? I still haven't had the Affidavit from the Dad, but from my research they only need that when the kids are on their way here, and i will travel with them.
