Yes. I tried to login and it failed so it's not ready yet. I sent in my 3032 yesterday along with my Opt In email for electronic processing. So I will just keep trying to login in with the payment center each day until I'm successful.

Hi Lara, can you tell me if while your baby's case was at TSC you contacted them directly? I'm asking because I just had USCIS on the phone regarding my daughter's petition and they refused to tell me any kind of info. The lady told me that they have new policies which state that they can only give information to petitioners. I told her that I had had information when my own case was pending. I'm so lost with all this

HI Taylor > no they dont give any information if the petitioner not authorize , i used to called and they ask to my husband if he give the authorization , he only said yes and his name that it .

I just realized that I will not be with my husband to celebrate our 1st marriage anniversary. We missed so many things during this nightmare, It's so cruel to treat people the way US Immigration treat us. They make me feel like sh****

We had so many plans for this 1st year together, but we spent the year wasting our time waiting to have the PERMESSION to be together. Time is money, who's going to pay for this mess? Me I guess I'm paying enough with my nerves, health...

We're moving on! The date of birth of my husband was corrected quickly. Then I paid the AOS fee online. Instead of mailing Form 3032, my husband simply emailed them on Saturday (we used a template from VisaJourney), and it worked, today he got an email from them confirming the acceptance of 3032. It saves time. (And I did not call the operator to provide his email address, we just emailed them.)So far, so good!

HI Taylor > Yes they told me that one time, but i call back and a different person answer all my question......dont stop calling, they have to give you information. at 6 the people there are more nice . but they all are a bunch of a)*)*)& h))(*.

Thanks Lara, I'll stay up til 12am (which is 6pm eastern time) I need to know what's going on, why they didn't hesitate to send out a BS RFE, and now that they have what they want they still playing with our nerves.

People here in Paris find it hard to believe US immigration can be create such a mess

Come on TSC! It doesn't take weeks to take a look at an RFE. It probably doesn't even take more than 10 minutes to approve a file after receiving an RFE response. Come on TSC! You're making my cholesterol go up! Approve those RFEs that were sent before mine!!!

Are there any other RFEs?

if the status of the payment is paid , print the cover sheet , give a kiss to the package and send it to nvc.....im gonna send the ds230 first cause they last like 2 weeks so they can cash the money order for 88 dll ( 2 week can you believe that)

Taylor let me ask you a question, so i can help you better, you dont or you do have your noa2 and your daughter you send the RFE? HOW LONG? uscis last 15 to 30 MAYBE MORE days to accept or denied the RFE.
