I got this email yesterday , what does that mean? is it bad or good?

Why, when trying to login to the Dept of State NVC I get the following error message:

Sign In Failed

* Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error.

Am I being too quick? They have just assigned our case number yesterday! Any thoughts? Thank you!

I don't have NVC # yet, i was told that my file is at their facility and was not put in their system yet, and it will take up to 90 days!!! ya right :blink:

Nop, my file was sent March 2nd from TSC to NVC, Saturday 5 I called NVC and got my case#

I think you should keep on trying again and again...:D

i have been calling an operator everyday!!! their timeline is different each time, 2 weeks, a month, 90 days ... :bonk:

I have 7 gray hairs since this process started!!!!! hope my husband comes before i completely turn gray :blush:

I wonder if you have the same congressman as us (Adam Schiff) - that may help too. His staff person made us feel so good by responding so quickly.

Dude, I had to piss him off but it worked. Create a Twitter account and Facebook account and tactfully put him on the spot. Worked for me, may work for you.

i am having a same issue. When you receive an emil from NVC regarding your case, you will be able on login. I called NVC yesterday, and they told me to wait for few days to recieve email from them.

i am having a same issue. When you receive an emil from NVC regarding your case, you will be able on login. I called NVC yesterday, and they told me to wait for few days to recieve email from them.

Most people give the email addresses to an operator once they have a case number assigned. That's how NVC knows your email and sends packages to you instead of by snail mail.
