When I login to NVC payment system with the Petitioner ID given to me. I can see a line for AOS and a line for IV bill. I have already paid the AOS bill. The IV bill is still blank. Yesterday we received an email recepit that they processed the change of agent form. Should I look for the IV bill on the Petitioner's Online Payment Account or the Beneficiary's payment account? I cannot even login to the Beneficiary's payment account with the ID that they gave me.

I saw some of you (sarah) sent in the AOS packet before the IV bill was generated. Are they waiting for that before generating the IV bill? I thought I would just send in both IV and AOS package in the same shipment when both are paid.

It has been 15 days since my NOA2, my case is "in the building" but I still don't have an NVC number. After being told to wait 15 days they just tell me to wait "another week, another 2 weeks, etc.". I feel like I'm back at the Texas Service Center. Is there anything I can do? Or do I just have to wait it out like TSC?

Thanks for any help, kind regards

You called TSC or NVC? I hope it's not stuck in the TSC mess :bonk:

Good luck

Saylin.... you ever considered becoming a moderator, or better yet... working for USUCKS? Show-off !!! Of course, I'm just kidding with you. You are AWESOME!!

How does one even become a moderator? blink.gif

And I would love to work for USCIS (aka USUCKS) as I'm pretty sure I'm more competent than all of them and can process a heck of a lot more petitions than they do! headbonk.gif

You should be able to log in as both the petitioner and principal applicant with the case number and IIN. I can. The bill should appear on both accounts. The IV bill should be appearing soon since they accepted your DS-3032.

You can send in both packages at the same time. They don't generate the bill after getting the AOS package, they generate it after the DS-3032 has been accepted. Don't worry about it.

Just received a hard copy of NOA-2 approval notice in mail today. Finally! It came from CSC and also says that they have sent the original visa petition to the Dept. of State NVC. They did also state that NVC will contact the beneficiary directly and to allow at least 90 days before calling the NVC if beneficiary has not received correspondence from NVC.

Yeah, right, whatever...........

At last a response!! Apparently its in california again now no idea when that happened. Anyway feels good to have this tiny update or even hearing from them at all.

Heres what they emailed me:

Thank you for contacting us about your I-130 petition. We understand the effects our processing times can have on applicants and are working diligently to shorten the processing time. Your I-130 is located at the California Service Center and we are forwarding your inquiry to them for a response. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
