03/01/11: Received hard-copy NOA2 for cases. Has been forwarded to the Dept. of State NVC!

03/09/11: Case(s) at NVC!

NVC Process (78 days)

03/10/11: Case #'s assigned! Woot!

03/31/11: 1 year wedding anniversary!

04/20/11: Attorney submitting IV application to NVC

04/21/11: DS-260 receipt confirmation e-mail received

05/25/11: Received "checklist" e-mail (asking for AOS docs...but already submitted)

05/26/11: SIF when logging-in to payment portal (all 3 cases!)

05/27/11: Case Complete!

Medical / Consulate Interview

06/03/11: Interview date scheduled for July 8, 2011 !!! Augh! Wow!

06/9&13/11: Biometrics (fingerprints) appointment

07/06/11: Physicals in Juarez - Complete!

07/08/11: Consulate Interview = Complete & APPROVED!!

Saylin i got my NVC number on March 1st so u can update the spread sheet.

I have a question... Do you guys need 2 numbers 2 pay the fee at nvc or u can just pay right away when u get ur NVC number? Or do u need like a password also or something else?

USCIS: I-130

Priority Date- July 1st

I-130 Hardcopy- July 15th

Transfered from CSC to TSC- November 2nd

I-130 sent to "USCIS Office"- November 24th

Touched- November 26, 28 and 29

Touched Feb. 9th

I-130 transfered back to CSC from TSC- Feb. 10th

Transfered to "USCIS" office again- Feb. 10th

Touched- Feb. 11th

APPROVED FINALLY!- FEB. 15th!

Touched- Feb. 26 and 28th

NVC: NVC

Case Number- March 2nd(automated Voice system)

NVC Invoice Number- March 3rd

All NVC fees paid- March 4th

All NVC fee transactions complete- March 7th (pretty much nxt day, except it was a weekend so we had to wait for them to go threw on Monday)

Submitted all documents- March 8th

All documents recieved and processed- March 11th

Case at NVC COMPLETE- March 17th

You do need two numbers: NVC case number and IIN (Invoice ID Number). You can get the IIN from the operator.

No one's gotten an interview date yet. I know Wade got an expedite approved, so his documents were sent to the embassy, so he should be getting an interview date soon.

Not that I know of. Wade (SqdnGuns) and one other person's petitions were expedited through NVC and are at their respective Consulate for processing.

No one's gotten an interview date yet. I know Wade got an expedite approved, so his documents were sent to the embassy, so he should be getting an interview date soon.

Called tonight NVC and got Case # from operator but they have not finished entering the information so could not get e-mails and said to wait couple of days. Automated system still does not recoginse the uscis case#. Approved 2/15 and shipped to NVC 2/18.

Thanks Saylin! ... I'm hoping NVC contact the lawyer soon to expedite (expedited 3 times in the stinky hole) ... I'm afaid if I intervine NVC screw up. Any advice would be apprecited what to do next from anyone?.

boy it feels good out of the TSC hole .. but now in the NVC tunnel ....
