Congrats to all approved so far tonight!! Wow!! Hopefully more yet to come! :wow:

I have renewed hope knowing that things are happening faster than we've seen for,,,,, 7 months? Augh! Tis a wonderful thing!! :D

USCIS Journey (223 days):

03/31/10: Married mi hermosa angelito!

07/14/10: Notice Date (NOA1)

11/02/10: Transfer Notice (moved to TSC)

11/29/10: Touch

02/17/11: Received e-mail update - Transferring back to CSC

02/23/11: Approval!!/Post Decision Activity

03/01/11: Received hard-copy NOA2 for cases. Has been forwarded to the Dept. of State NVC!

03/09/11: Case(s) at NVC!

NVC Process (78 days)

03/10/11: Case #'s assigned! Woot!

03/31/11: 1 year wedding anniversary!

04/20/11: Attorney submitting IV application to NVC

04/21/11: DS-260 receipt confirmation e-mail received

05/25/11: Received "checklist" e-mail (asking for AOS docs...but already submitted)

05/26/11: SIF when logging-in to payment portal (all 3 cases!)

05/27/11: Case Complete!

Medical / Consulate Interview

06/03/11: Interview date scheduled for July 8, 2011 !!! Augh! Wow!

06/9&13/11: Biometrics (fingerprints) appointment

07/06/11: Physicals in Juarez - Complete!

07/08/11: Consulate Interview = Complete & APPROVED!!

07/15/11: Visa's received!

Does anyone received an email saying your case in in "Acceptance" after your case has been approved? Please advice

Well,,,, when i say "a good thing",,,, seems contrary since the blue dots are moving backwards! May be that they are just touching the case and maybe not updating correctly? Sorry.... not really sure. :unsure:

Looks like TSC has finally gotten it's act together. Surely the spreadsheet will be filled with approvals by the end of Feb, or first week in March. BUT, don't celebrate just yet. Although getting the NOA2 is indeed a MAJOR milestone, it is not, by no means, the end of our journey. TomJoyce, Eguzi and I were the first ones to receive our NOA2's from TSC back in November, only to feel the joy turn to despair. So far, only 4 of the petitions have reached the NVC. Although I do feel more confident, since receiving the email from USCIS a couple of nights ago, that my case has indeed been shipped to the NVC, it is a WAIT AND SEE attitude that I have developed over the past 80 days since receiving my NOA2 stating that my petition had been sent to the NVC. I am not trying to put a damper on your joy at this great news, but the elation of getting the NOA2 will quickly fade if we don't see more NVC CASE NUMBERS!!

Well Dan still no word from NVC or TSC so after reading all the great feedback about Angelia Barrows I decided to send her an e-mail this morning. I was really suprised when early this afternoon i got an response from her.

I will look into this and get back to you. It will not be before Monday. If I previously responded, please forgive the repeat as I have had some computer issues today.

it is surprisingly quiet here, was hoping for raining approvals. but i guess i will just have to wait till next week now.

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-07-14

Transferred to Blackhole : 2010-11-02

NOA2 : Feb 15, 2011

NVC:

2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

2/25/11 - Send DS-3032 E-mail

2/28/11 - I-864 (AOS) bill invoiced and paid

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/07/11 - IV payment status "PAID"

3/08/11 - AOS and IV packet sent

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet

3/28/11 - DS-230 in the system and SIF

3/29/11 - Case Completed at NVC

4/13/11 - Interview date assigned

5/17/11 - Interview- Approved

5/18/11 - Passport & Visa Picked up from VFS Delhi

5/31/11 - POE (JFK)

I am not sure why your application was sent back to "Acceptance" instead of "Initial Review"... Look at it this way- at least now you know for sure that your app is being worked on :) Give it a few days to see where it goes from here- maybe this is just their way of correcting whatever computer errors may have been entered in the beginning, and once that's happened, they can then proceed the way it should have been.

My case was approved last week. Now I got this. TSC is screwing my life

Quiet night, but I wont complain. We have had a pretty good ending to this week. Next week will have more in store for us. Enjoy your valentines weekend folks. Don't get down, just keep reminding yourself that by this time, next year we will all be snuggled up with our loved ones.

Hey guys! no approval for me yet... or email from Angela... just really upset! Congratz to all the approvals and those who made it 2 NVC! Seriously my head hurts of thinking so much...

USCIS: I-130

Priority Date- July 1st

I-130 Hardcopy- July 15th

Transfered from CSC to TSC- November 2nd

I-130 sent to "USCIS Office"- November 24th

Touched- November 26, 28 and 29

Touched Feb. 9th

I-130 transfered back to CSC from TSC- Feb. 10th

Transfered to "USCIS" office again- Feb. 10th

Touched- Feb. 11th

APPROVED FINALLY!- FEB. 15th!

Touched- Feb. 26 and 28th

NVC: NVC

Case Number- March 2nd(automated Voice system)

NVC Invoice Number- March 3rd

All NVC fees paid- March 4th

All NVC fee transactions complete- March 7th (pretty much nxt day, except it was a weekend so we had to wait for them to go threw on Monday)

Submitted all documents- March 8th

All documents recieved and processed- March 11th

Case at NVC COMPLETE- March 17th
