My Wife just received this email !!!! its showing "initial Review" at USCIS website .We got approved on 17 feb and received hard copy on 22nd feb..its just so #$%#$%$#% lame..

for the nvc you need the authorization from the father, and for immigration you need another authorization saying the date,plane,country,airline,with who, and the info of the person the child going to travel also with the signature of the father/mother .

THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE?????? But it was supposed to be processed in NVC! And they informed me about the transfer to NVC! I'm devastated, what's going on?! Your suggestions?...
