Nascarfan - no I have not called nor emailed USCIS, but we got a touch today with a note that our I-130 was transferred and is being processed at the USCIS office. Hope this is good?! Thank you for thinking of me. This means a great deal. We'll all celebrate one of these days! Cheers.

 I'm still here lucas_34. Have you tried calling them or emailing the contacts that I sent you?

I just called NVC to check if my case has arrived. It was a surprising question for an operator, he said: "So you are saying that your case was transferred from Texas Service Center?!" I said yes. He said that it's not typical for them to get cases from Texas and asked me again if I was sure. Yep, Mr. Operator, I have never been so sure in my whole life! Well, needless to say that I was also surprised and asked Mr. Operator if he was aware of 36,000 cases that had been transferred from CSC to TSC and all the mess! He said "no, ma'am!" Yes, I figured that... Back to USCIS notice from their website: "Additionally, we have briefed the Department of State's National Visa Center about these cases."

Yes, it proves fruitful!

 Too funny..... And, the bad part is.... you can't make this ####### up!!!

Yes, it should be good news. When mine was transferred back to CSC, I received an email stating the same ("at a USCIS office") That same day, (a Friday) I received an email from Ms. Barrows stating that my application was moved back to CSC..... the next working day (Monday) I was approved. Hopefully it is the same for you.

1st operator: I'm sorry we don't have a record of your case, we didn't even receive it.

2nd operator: Your wasn't still generated but we have received it on Feb 22, 2011

3rd operator:Your wasn't still generated but we have received BUT WE ARE NO ALLOWED TO TELL YOU WHEN

4th operator: Your wasn't still generated but we have received it on Feb 21, 2011

I received the hard copy of my NOA2 today in the mail fron the TSC, did you get yours??

Yes! No doubt about it Ms. Barrows has been our angel! Everyone that has not been approved yet should shoot an e-mail to her regarding your case. I hope to see many approvals soon!

Goog luck my friends! God Bless you all!

We have the same situation. I was told by Ms. Barrows that it was approved 2/17 (no notification nor online status change) and shipped 2/18 to NVC... and i just called NVC and was told that they already have it but no NVC# yet

I am so thankful that i'm out of TSC.. Ms. Barrows was such a great help.

Good luck everyone.

How funny.. I wonder if they are not trained to just says the same thing or is it really true that our cases are there, but they have not input them in the system.

I personally called twice today and they told me the same thing. They received my case last week and to call back around 2 weeks... Oh well!!! I never received am email saying my case was shipped from CSC to NVC.... I am pretty sure I was approved when TSC transferred me back to CSC

Yes, i was so excited to see the NOA this afternoon. I immediately informed Ms. Barrows since she would get back to me today about why i'm not seeing any notification. And she responded and i was told that i'm not the only one who complained about not seeing any changes online and that they are checking it already.

Yeah i suggest to send her something and ask your individual case, you never know its probably already approved and NOA is already on the way. Thats what happened to me and you.. its been approved one week ago and got NOA without online notification, good thing though, she's been helping me since two weeks ago.. she is really our angel.

Good luck everyone
