I just called NVC to check if my case has arrived. It was a surprising question for an operator, he said: "So you are saying that your case was transferred from Texas Service Center?!" I said yes. He said that it's not typical for them to get cases from Texas and asked me again if I was sure. Yep, Mr. Operator, I have never been so sure in my whole life! Well, needless to say that I was also surprised and asked Mr. Operator if he was aware of 36,000 cases that had been transferred from CSC to TSC and all the mess! He said "no, ma'am!" Yes, I figured that... Back to USCIS notice from their website: "Additionally, we have briefed the Department of State’s National Visa Center about these cases."

Yes, it proves fruitful!

Guys and Gals :-) USCIS has just TOUCHED me. Feels like almost a physical emotional (for sure) touch. Our case is now back from the Post Decision Activity stage to Initial Review with the following comment:

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

What should I think of it??? And just now, while typing this, I received both a text message and an email stating the same.

Hmm.... Let it be the good news. Please.................

My case went from post decision to acceptance. I was so pissed. After 10 days, I received a approval letter and another amended approval letter a day after. If your case has been approved, it might have been. It is better to email regarding your case.

Yes, my case has not seen any touches since Nov. 30th as well. Sounds like there are still a few of us left.

Me, too! I was approved on 1/14/11 and when I spoke to a Tier-2 person he just said that it was probably just a mistake.

well folks - we had news today but not great news - put us down for an RFE. At least our papers aren't lost but it is a bit disheartening after 7 months to suddenly get asked for more documents. oh well...
