Sorry Saylin... I still don't see it. I know it's on the CSC to TSC transfer page.... but I don't see it on the NVC. Maybe I really am blind ROFL.

This is the info i was looking for!!. According to the last email from Mr. Badger (not fermat, lol) today, he forwarded me the email from the Congressional Liaison at NVC that our petition is being expedited to the Embassy.

Mine was sent the same day as yours and was entered into the system on February 21st, but no case number yet. It is good news they have it though...I am happy about that! She said to allow 4-6 weeks for processing :rofl: suree!!!

Yeah right.... after all the ####### that we've been through.... I doubt that ANY of us are going to wait that long.

ROFL, no worries... get some shut-eye. On the other sheet, I am listed as NASCARFAN186. I just changed my name tonight. After being here this long.... NASCARFAN186 just seems to impersonal.

Got a reply from Mr. Badger today:

Mr. Grant

The approved I-130 is currently in the NVC.

The assigned NVC case number is BNK**************.

We will also reach out to the NVC manager and ask that the case be expedited from the NVC to the Consulate.

Congrats to the recent approvals and those who received NVC #'s!! We have seen some light showers, but I would love to see a down pour of some activity!!

By the way. No more cad_bacon, and I actually didn't want Mrs. P, but it was late and I wasn't paying attention to the name change rules, so ya, I'm stuck with this for now.

Here's to Thursday being a day filled with good news!! :thumbs:

I HAVE A QUESTION.....I VE BEEN MARRIED 2 TIMES BEFORE A GET MARRIED WITH MY HUSBAND, I GOT MY GREEN CARD LAST YEAR I ONLY SEND ONE DIVORCE CERTIFICATE AND THEY DID ASK ME FOR THE LAST ONE.

NOW , IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER SAYS IN MY STATUS MARRIED...THAT MEANS THAT I WAS MARRIED WITH HER FATHER....I HAVE THE DIVORCE CERTIFICATE , BUT WHAT YOU GUYS THINK, MAYBE THEY ASK ME WHY I DIDNT SAY NOTHING IN MY INTERVIEW OR THAT GETS ME PROBLEMS?...I REALLY THINK THIS DOESNT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE G.C OF MY DAUGHTER BUT YOU NOW HOW THEY ARE.
