I found a new alert from the USCIS.

kinda sucks being in the last 6000 heh heh :wacko: oh well

we know how you feel! we have visions of our papers being at the bottom of the very last box to be looked at. here's to some good news by the end of the week. nearly 7 months waiting now...

Looks like they updated the Volume from Dec 2010. TSC's volume is 0 across the board.

There must be something wrong with the volume charts because all of the service centers are showing 0 across the board. They can't even get that right, eh?

We truly are a victem of all this drama and bullshit from USCIS..

I have played by the rules .And have contacted my congressman and senator.,

And Angela and mr. Bagder..

My heart is broken and we have lost faith .

Sorry .. We can not hang anymore ..

Are relationship has been truly effected..

yes I did... and I got a response a day after. Just a few minutes after I got through the NVC and they told me they have received my case, it has not been input in the system yet and to wait about two weeks.

Entropy.. we were approved the same day... I called NVC today .. they said that they had my case, but no number case has been assigned... I am not sure if it true but all we can do is wait... I think you also got transferred back like me to CSC right?

Last Thursday they told me that my case was there but not in the system yet. I called the next day and had a case number and the woman told me to wait about 2 weeks....SO CONGRATS! you should have a case number before Friday I believe.

If I read your timeline correctly, you received your NOA1 in August. I'm a July filer who just received NOA2 yesterday! We're only about a month apart... I'm telling ya,,, your time is right around the corner!!
