Did you e-mail Csc-NCSC-FollowUp@dhs.gov?

yes I did... and I got a response a day after. Just a few minutes after I got through the NVC and they told me they have received my case, it has not been input in the system yet and to wait about two weeks.

Thanks. Just wanted to make sure before I updated the spreadsheet ;)

Saylin, do you think I should call NVC and ask for the case number? We were approved on February 10th but when I call the automated system it says there is no record of my case number yet. Did you just call and ask for it?

Entropy.. we were approved the same day... I called NVC today .. they said that they had my case, but no number case has been assigned... I am not sure if it true but all we can do is wait... I think you also got transferred back like me to CSC right?

Yes, besides calling the AVR, I would call an operator at least once a day to see if they have a case number assigned to you. I found out my case number through an operator and the AVR only updated two days later to reflect they assigned a case number.

The old music on the NVC line is not nearly as cool as the USCIS Tier 2 music.
