I have a question after i wrote to DAVID BADGER...WHO IS THIS GUY?

AND HOW HE CAN EXPEDITE YOUR CASE TO THE CONSULATE WITHOUT NVC COLLECT ALL THE DOCUMENTS THEY NEED FROM YOU, I JUST WONDERING?

David Badger is Supervisory Immigration Services Officer @ Texas Service Center.

That is the $65,000 question. I am making payment when I get home tonight. I am going to find out if NVC will waive the required documents be sent to them since my wife has them in Thailand. Why send them back and forth?????

Wow! Congrats on the approvals! Can't quite cope up..but I see Celldoc, and Rakmaster. CONGRATS!!!

Just got off the phone with NVC operator. Said the file is there, but will take abt 4-6 wks for us to receive mail and give instructions. What? Didn't have a number yet, she said, but it's there.

Just wanted to add that during the K-1 process, it was required that my wife take the documents to her interview; Police Check, Translations of birth cert, etc.......

That's just a standard timeframe they say. Don't worry, you should be getting it soon.

We are going to see a lot of passing the buck now. No one with balls is willing to step in and say "Hey, USCIS screwed up, because of that and the hardships that we have put petitioners through, we will make sure that they are all processed immediately at NVC as well as the Embassy/Consulate."

We are minions to them..............

Wade.. did you have any news on the article?

Turn around time for RFE's are USUALLY pretty fast once they receive the requested evidence. It could be just a matter of a few days.

Good Luck
