I just called the USCIS to see if the have shipped my case to the NVC and they told me that because it has been approved, they are no longer responsible .. that my case is handled by the NVC and to wait 90 days.... what?????

I was approved on Feb 10 from CSC (since I was transferred back again) no NVC case number and no email stating anything. I sent an email to CSC Follow up and another one to TSC follow up and still haven't gotten a response... What do I do?

hey guys , to all of you waiting for nvc case #... i just call , i told the woman who pick up, that my case was approved on feb 11th and the case was shipped on feb 16th and sh told me that i have to wait 15 days so they can have my case in the system, so everybady relax and let s give the 15 days. mine is gonna be there for march 3 i guess

That is odd that you haven't received any reply yet. With that being said, I had emailed D.B. twice- the first time it took him a few days to reply, the second time I received a reply in 30 minutes...

I guess I'll wait about 2 weeks before I call the NVC :innocent:

I just called the USCIS to see if the have shipped my case to the NVC and they told me that because it has been approved, they are no longer responsible .. that my case is handled by the NVC and to wait 90 days.... what?????

We are going to see a lot of passing the buck now. No one with balls is willing to step in and say "Hey, USCIS screwed up, because of that and the hardships that we have put petitioners through, we will make sure that they are all processed immediately at NVC as well as the Embassy/Consulate."

We are minions to them..............
