Got a feeling you're next tonight. As soon as it changes status, and although it seems odd the way they post it, for some reason you get the approval. Like first they say they transferred you, then the next few minutes you get approved. Weird, but hey, HOPE IS UP, Doc!

You're next!! I can feel it!! :dance::dance:

Thanks so much for the encouragement you guys :thumbs:

I finally got a response back from her indicating she'll look into it on Monday. So basically the info that I got from USCIS indicating that my file was transferred to Cali was totally inaccurate. My file is still in TX. Like seriously, how many differing responses can one department give constituents?

My file is till in TCS also....because i got an email from TSC. I emailed to Ms Angela twice but no response. :wacko:

Thank you for contacting the USCIS Texas Service Center (TSC) regarding your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. You should expect an action (such as an approval, denial, or a Request for Evidence (RFE)) to be taken on the petition by the end of February 2011.

We encourage you to monitor the progress of your case by using the on-line case status tool found on the USCIS website (www.uscis.gov). If you do not see any action on your case by March 1, 2011, you may contact USCIS again at: I-130Inquiries.Tsc@dhs.gov.

We remain committed to the prompt resolution of all pending cases and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this delay in processing may have caused. We are making every effort to remedy this situation as soon as possible.

I hope this information is helpful to you.

Does anyone case went backward from Post decision to 'Acceptance"? Any idea. Today I got a text message saying it is updated. When I checked the status, it is acceptance. What is going on?

GUESS WHAT? This was the EXACT email I received 2 days before we had the approval. Except that the email says it came from Officer Garza. :rofl: I think they alternate the names- Garza, Vera, etc. Yours is coming, too!!

I still have 5-6 pages to read through, but I have to say YAAAYYYYY I GOT APPROVED!

I received the text at 5:13pm PST. I was in the middle of tutoring a student when I got the text, and it took everything I had to not be like, "Dude, sorry, I've gotta go check my email." I couldn't even wait to get home to check, and now I'm sitting at the Borders cafe trying to contain my excitement.

I'm sooo happy and I can't wait until it's late enough for me to call my husband in England.

I imagine there were lots of other approvals tonight (I'm gonna go back and read those pages now), so I'm gonna go ahead and say congratulations to everyone who's been approved!
