I got this email from CSC today

Thank you for your inquiry. Your case file was received by the adjudicating officer 02-22-2011 and is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action within 30 days. The notice of action may be in the form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke. Thank you very much.

within 30 days? it means from Feb 22th to Mar 22th????? #######?????????????? last email they told me that i will receive notice of action by Feb 28th or sooner.....they are lying us :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

my case still not updated on uscis website since Jan 14th.

hello - we are waiting for noa2 as well and i we were wondering who you emailed to get theis response. was it a person or a general question to california. i really hope they didn't mean you still have to wait 30 days.

Congrats Rakmaster and celldoc... FINALLY!

Congratulations to those who've been getting approved. We're still hanging in there waiting to get our NOA2. No word from TSC since we responded to last month's RFE. <sigh> I feel lucky to have had some time with my husband over the long weekend. Hang in there folks - sooner or later, we'll all be with our spouses!

well at least we got some sort of Reply last night, maybe the next 48 hrs will bring news, all i want is APPROVAL,,,

BUT WHERE WILL IT COME FROM, . the mighty BADGER, or another unknown messenger from the CSC. (do we have a contact there)

The U.S. tourism and airline industries reportedly lost millions of dollars after the 1995-96 shutdowns halted visa and passport processing. Approximately 200,000 U.S. passport applications went unprocessed during the shutdowns and 20,000 to 30,000 foreign visa applications were unprocessed.

James and Rosa.. have you received your NOA2.. where did it come from? from CSC or TSC... the reason I am asking is because I was transferred back to TSC and CSC approved me. but I stil do not have a case number... Do you guys know who do I need to email? who is this MR Badger.. sorry but haven't spent time on VJ as much.. been really busy ... any advice anyone?
