Called NVC again, still not RECEIVED!! ####### is going on?? Others sent on the 15th have already been received, mine went on the 10th. I am going to break something, hopefully it won't be somebody's neck!!

I got this email from CSC today

Thank you for your inquiry. Your case file was received by the adjudicating officer 02-22-2011 and is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action within 30 days. The notice of action may be in the form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke. Thank you very much.

within 30 days? it means from Feb 22th to Mar 22th????? #######?????????????? last email they told me that i will receive notice of action by Feb 28th or sooner.....they are lying us :crying: :crying:

my case still not updated on uscis website since Jan 14th.

NO! I fired off an email to Mr. Badger today, he replied stating that he is looking into it. I told him that I feared that it was sent to CSC with all the turmoil at TSC.

I dont have my case number either and I was approved February 9th...I got the email notification that I was shipped to NVC on February 16th.

what is NVCs contact number i got approved on 17th and have to get NVC case number..

Update from my side:

Got a transfer notice from CSC that my case was transferred from TSC to CSC on Feb 11. Also got hard copy of NOA2 for both I-130 and I-129F. According to Ms. Barrows, my case was sent to NVC on 17th but no case number so far. Hopefully in 1 or 2 days, i should get the case number.

BTW what a coincident my case was transferred from CSC to TSC on 11/2 and now came back to CSC from TSC on 2/11.

I guarantee you they fvcked up again............just look at the spread sheet. They either sent them back to CSC or they are still sitting in a damn bin at TSC.

My dearest VJ family, who've been through, and are still on, one of the most disturbing roller coaster rides of our lives, I haven't received ANY text message or ANY email regarding the status of my case.

At 8:54PM, after having finished my cases at work from 6 this morning, I followed my usual routine- get on VJ, read up on how my friends are doing, and for the hell of it log on to the USCIS website.

My I130 and I129F cases statuses were both updated as of today.

I immediately clicked on the I130 and my eyes fell on a blue dot overlying "Post Decision Activity". Not having mailed in any wedding photos, tickets, receipts, Skype screen shots, affidavits, joint account information, etc., I feared I was in for the mother of all RFEs.

The notice reads as follows:

Post Decision Activity

On February 22, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

The notice for my I129F reads as follows:

Post Decision Activity

On February 22, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I am in sheer disbelief.
