Still no update from TSC/CSC, no NOA2, no RFE, just... silence.

Maybe today they were in a big strategic office meeting getting prepped on how to wrap it all up before week's end.

I can just imagine the pep-talk,,,, "Okay guys,,, only 3 more days before it REALLY hits the fan!,,,Now get out there and wrap up those cases! I want to see those approvals flying like they're coming out of a wood-chipper!"

I'm thinking tomorrow (more so than today) will be a very active day!!:yes::yes:

So my husband called USCIS awhile ago just after we passed 5 months to ask about our case and they finally got back to him by sending a letter in the mail. The letter says:

"The status of this service request is:

This case is under review. Please allow 90 days for decision.

Thanks for your inquiry. XM432."

Thanks, uh, XM432. Very helpful. :bonk:

Did anyone who was approved on the 10th of Feb get a NVC case number yet?

Checked my spreadsheet. Only one person with an NOA2 date of Feb 10 got an NVC case number: OuterX. There have been approvals after Feb 10 though that have gotten an NVC case number.

NO! I fired off an email to Mr. Badger today, he replied stating that he is looking into it. I told him that I feared that it was sent to CSC with all the turmoil at TSC.

I am so stinking mad, TSC approved my wifes case and then last friday did an RFE on my stepsons case....are they just stuped or incompetent. Now i have to wait to finish wifes case till I can get stepsons caught back up to hers. Im guessing there is no way of finding out what they want till I get the snail mail in..... :bonk:

It is surely another BS RFE, like the one we got for my daughter. They had transformed her petition into a "Alien Worker" petition, and also a birth certificate in English which they already had.

Good luck

Can't people write their own emails? Sheesh.

Hello - how did you phrase your email to Mr.Badger? I am willing to write him an email. I have not heard back anything since 6 months now.

Good to know homeland security is protecting our jobs from the likes of your daughter.

It is surely another BS RFE, like the one we got for my daughter. They had transformed her petition into a "Alien Worker" petition, and also a birth certificate in English which they already had.
