Hi Gary, How are you? can you please write david badger emails address, thanks,

Hey all, just dipped in from my laptop on a little break.

Celldoc, Jenny & Mace, how do I say this - you have to be more proactive here. None of these people get annoyed with emails. Persistence is the key. Email daily, and call their telephones. It is being proved that he who shouts loudest gets heard. I'm like you, I prefer to be more laid back with calling/emailing because I have always believed in that way of dealing with things. That was until this scenario - this is unique, this is one of a kind. Consistent pressure works, it worked for us, and it worked for others. You will not offend or annoy them - they are busy, and can make mistakes and forget things - REMIND them firmly but fairly.

Here's a copy of an email I sent Mr Badger - within an hour, he responded. Email the hell out of them, please don't get left on the wayside.

Just my two cents worth of advice.good.gif

Subject: HELP US re MEDICAL & FINANCIAL expeditedapproved I-130, still not shipped to NVC. HELP US! APPROVED 25th JANUARY 2011.

Dear Mr. Badger,

Approved I-130 Petition WAC xxxxxxxxxxx (25th January 2011)

Beneficiary Gary Jxxxxxxxxxxx

Petitioner Valerie xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I write on behalf of my wife, Val xxxxxxxx US citizen, whois the petitioner on my approved I-130. I know you have had immense troubles inTexas, and I appreciate that you are inundated with enquiries. Our case is simple. Our NOA1 was July 23rd. We had a medical and financial expedite on our I-130 granted on November 26th.

We were approved on 25th January, and the case is still in Texas. We were promised faithfully it would be shipped last Wednesday. A week further on, and we are no nearer shipment.

We, as a family, are dying. My stepson is struggling with his health, the absence of me, his stepfather, and his schooling is falling apart. I NEED to get home to my family before there IS no family. PLEASE, PLEASE, help us, and ship our approved petition to NVC. I am begging you.

Thank You, I know you are all doing your best.

Kind Regards

ohh ok thanks...they ask me for evidence when my husband applied for me last years we send the evidence and in 15 days i had my interview, that is nothing to worried about. i was inside of U S A. i guess for outside it take 15 to 20 minute to approve you and then proceed with the case

HI MARY&BESHO , YOU HAVE TO CALL EVERYDAY TO THE NVC AUTOMATED SERVICE, TO GET THE NVC CASE # , ONES YOU GET DE CASE # YOU CAN SENTD THE CHOICE OF AGENT OR DS-3032 BY EMAIL ,( THIS IS THE ONLY ONE YOU CAN SEND BY EMAIL), AND WAIT UNTIL THEY SEND THE INVOICE FOR THE FEES. USUALLY THIS HAPPENED 2 O 3 DAYS AFTER YOU GET THE CASE # PLEASE DONT SEND NOTHING IF THEY DONT ASK YOU , THIS CAN DELAY THE PROCESS.

you need to calm down...your approved petition was sent just 6 days ago- mine was sent the same day and I dont have a case number either, but that is expected. In those 6 days, government officials had a 3 day weekend, so really it has only been 3 days. I dont know why you would email david badger, there is no reason to worry. Well, looks like you got the response I figured you would get..
