Sent AOS packet today by Fedex from Hong Kong. Then realized I didn't write NVC # on upper right-hand corner of every page! I hope this doesn't cause a delay!

We have not putt any case number on any file, just the cover sheets to the packs. And all was fine except the fact that they have asked PCC from Finland were I have lived for 9 months and this is not required since is less than 12 months :bonk: :bonk: . I think is safe to putt the number but if not, this can not generate an RFE. Good luck.

Don't worry about it. Writing the case number on the top of each page is merely a suggestion in case a paper gets lost and then can easily be relocated to the case. Not writing the case number will not generate an RFE. You're okay ;)

Thanks Saylin. The online instructions for the AOS packet are six pages, but at the bottom of the first page there is no link for the following pages. There is a link for the next page once you get to page 2, which link is at the top of page 1 (I sound like Paul Harvey) Screwy!! I'm glad I've been reading this site for the past 9 months!

Hey, everyone, Mrs. P wanted me to tell all of you that she says hi! :) She's really busy at the moment as she's in her last week of school and dealing with NVC as well has just made her extremely busy and hectic. She says she'll return soon once the craziness of school ends. Let's all send her some good vibes yes.gif

Someone posted a comment on the recent news article about our CSC > TSC > CSC ####### we have had to deal with. Rosemary Melville was appointed the director of CSC last summer and I guess she had a "checkered past" with retaliation while at Miami. Here is the comment:

The California Processing Center underwent a change in leadership last year to bring in a corrupt, lazy, manager who was pushed out of Miami after she was caught retaliating against whistleblowers. You can read about Rosemary Melville by doing a google search. She's incompetent and hopefully retires or gets fired soon.

Under her leadership, many US citizens are struggling and all we can do is write our congressmen and hope for the best. My case was moved along after I contacted former managers of the California Processing Center and asked for assistance.

I did some "Googling" of Rosemary Melville pretty much confirming that accusation. This is the person responsible for the nightmare we all had to endure.

Just thought i would pass it along..............

Hi Saylin, I have a question can everybody submit the choice of agent and address by email? does it work?

Thanks in advance

Yes, anybody can submit the Choice of Agent by email. Just follow the template here: http://www.visajourn...il_DS-3032_form It seems to work for everyone, although it seems it might take a few days for it to be accepted, so you might have to wait a bit, but NVC will accept it.

Saylin, according to the info that we got we have to pay first the $88 of AOS and then IV Application Processing Fees, in the system we can only paid de AOS the IV Application Processing Fees says not invoice is that normal? when do we have to pay the other fee?

Thanks again

The IV fee only appears once the Choice of Agent form is accepted.

Grats on getting your case number! kicking.gif Have you signed onto the payment portal site yet to see if the AOS bill has been invoiced? Don't forget you're going to need to send the DS-3032 so the IV bill can appear once that's accepted.
